WHAT: This is a statewide DFL Senior Caucus Rally called “Stop the 100 Days of Destruction!” It is organized to protest cuts on Social Security, Medicaid/Medicare, and Veteran Health Care. Our focus is on saving:
- Social Security (they have reduced access, eliminated offices, created data privacy breaches, and potential benefit cuts with DOGE actions)
- Medicaid/Medicare (they are proposing $880 Billion cuts which is devastating to in-home and nursing home care for seniors, children and others)
- Veterans’ Health Care (DOGE is making deep staffing cuts)
WHEN: Wednesday, April 30, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
WHERE:
